The 3rd edition of Sail 安inouj軼ie to be held on 5 ‑7 August 2011
On 5 ‑ 7 August 2011 we will be enjoying the third edition of Sail 安inouj軼ie - the ultimate maritime and sailing experience! It will be accompanied by the XXVII International Shanties Festival "Wiatrak." The event will also include other attractions such as a maritime market, shanties and a sailing ships parade, to name but a few.
The geographical location of the town of 安inouj軼ie, the diversity of aquatic areas (the Baltic Sea, the Pomeranian Bay, Szczecin Lagoon, the straits) and their attractiveness create ideal conditions for practising water tourism, especially sailing. Due to the proximity of Germany (close to the market of Berlin) and Scandinavia, the port of 安inouj軼ie is visited by both German and Scandinavian sailors. The marina located in the Northern Basin, due to its natural conditions (such as the large, safe basin which is protected from waves) as well as a good location at the entrance to the 安inouj軼ie port, is likely to become the leading port on the Polish seacoast.
